Q: How long before I receive my order?

A: Order processing takes 24-48 hours and depending on your area, shipping times may be different. Shipping may take 1-3 days within Metro Manila and 2-5 days if in provincial areas.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes, like most businesses we also offer re-sellers or wholesale prices. Depending on the product, there are times that you need to purchase with a minimum amount to be given such discount. You may send us your inquiry through our contact us page or through our Facebook page.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do, however this website is not set up to take orders internationally. If you are outside of the Philippines and wish to order our products, you may send us a message through our contact us page or through our Facebook page.

Q: How do I pay for my purchases?

A: We do accept mainly PayPal and Credit Card Payments. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.

Q: What other payment methods do you accept aside from Credit Card or PayPal?

A: We do accept payment through money remittance centers, bank transfers, Globe GCash, Smart Padala, Western Union.

Q: Do you do Cash on Delivery?

A: We used to, but we had bad experience previously. But soon we will do it again if we find a good courier service that does COD.
